Every December we kick off the Holiday Catering Season with the Annual Kitchens By Clay Holiday Party. This was our 5th year catering their event and it was bigger than ever! Clay and Kelly Cox, owners of Kitchens By Clay, give us the creative latitude each year to plan their menu and try new and exciting concepts. The theme of the Holiday Party this year was a collection of "Shoppes". The "Butcher Shoppe" showcased our Sous Vide Beef Tenderloin, rustic Charcuterie and the premier of our house made Lamb Bacon! The "Cheese Shoppe" featured a gourmet selection of domestic and imported cheeses accompanied by local honeys and house made preserves. The "Florida Cracker Shoppe" was a throwback to Old Florida foods and style, with shrimp salad, pimento cheese and house made pickles, presented in classic mason jars. Lastly, guests were treated to a sweet surprise in the "Donut Shoppe". This interactive dessert was fun for guests who were served made to order flambé donuts with three types of dessert sauces.
